Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to reservations made with LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC.
1-Hour Minimum Reservations
A 1-hour minimum reservation may be available by request as an exception.
Once booked, 1-hour minimum reservations are non-refundable, and a $50 booking fee applies.
Please confirm your schedule before making the reservation.
2–3 Hour Minimum Reservations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made after the 24-hour booking period are non-refundable.
No-Shows
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
Completed Services
Completed transportation services are non-refundable.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup time, destination, stops, passenger count, or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Wait Time
For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute complimentary grace period is included.
After the complimentary period, $50 per 30 minutes will be added to the reservation. Additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Airport arrival service includes a 60-minute complimentary waiting period after the scheduled flight arrival time.
Additional Stops
Additional stops start at $25 per stop and may vary based on distance, location, waiting time, and itinerary changes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
