CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed. Please verify your booking details before submitting payment. Exceptions may apply where required by law.
Company Cancellations
If LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC cancels your reservation and is unable to provide you with transportation, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once accepted by LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC and payment is completed. Please review your trip details and pricing carefully before submitting payment.
Wait Time: A 15-minute complimentary grace period is included for non-airport pickups. After the complimentary period, $1 per additional minute will be added to the reservation.
Additional Stops: Starting at $25 per stop.
