These Terms & Conditions govern reservations and transportation services provided by LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destination information, dates, times, passenger counts, flight details, and any other information necessary to complete the reservation.
Rates & Payment
Rates are based on the service requested, trip details, duration, distance, scheduling, vehicle availability, and other applicable transportation requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to acceptance of the reservation.
A 20% chauffeur gratuity is automatically added to all reservations.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, parking, tolls, changes to the itinerary, excessive cleaning, vehicle damage, or other services requested during the reservation.
Hourly Reservations
Standard hourly reservations may be subject to minimum-hour requirements.
A 1-hour minimum may be available by request as an exception. When approved, the reservation is non-refundable once booked and a $50 booking fee applies.
Waiting Time
For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute complimentary grace period is included.
After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at $50 per 30 minutes and billed in 30-minute increments.
Airport arrival service includes a 60-minute complimentary waiting period following the scheduled flight arrival time.
Additional Stops
Additional stops start at $25 per stop. Final charges may vary based on location, distance, waiting time, and changes to the original itinerary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after the 24-hour booking period are non-refundable.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely while receiving transportation services.
LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC reserves the right to terminate service when passenger conduct creates a safety concern, threatens the chauffeur or vehicle, violates applicable law, or materially interferes with the transportation service.
Vehicle Care & Cleaning
Passengers are responsible for excessive cleaning or damage caused during service.
Applicable cleaning, repair, or damage charges may be assessed when necessary.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service but is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather, accidents, flight delays, public emergencies, or other unforeseen conditions.
Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or unattended personal property.
Safety
Seat belts should be worn whenever available and required by law.
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the chauffeur during transportation.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup times, destinations, stops, passenger counts, or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies associated with your reservation.
