This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to reservations made with LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed. Please review your booking details carefully before submitting payment.
Company Cancellations: If LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC cancels your reservation and is unable to fulfill your booking, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once accepted by LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC and payment is completed. Please review your trip details and pricing carefully before submitting payment.
No-Shows
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
Completed Services
Completed transportation services are non-refundable.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup time, destination, stops, passenger count, or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Same-day changes may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.
Wait Time
A 15-minute complimentary grace period is included for non-airport pickups. After the complimentary period, $1 per additional minute will be added to the reservation.
Airport arrival service includes a 60-minute complimentary waiting period after the scheduled flight arrival time.
Additional Stops
Additional stops start at $25 per stop and may vary based on distance, location, waiting time, and itinerary changes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Acceptance of Policy
By making a reservation with LUXE BLACK LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
